About the class: Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps and add games and activities into the class structure.

IMPORTANT: We’re hosting an adult Zumba class right after this one (starting at 10AM). Registration is separate. You can register for the adult Zumba class HERE!

*There will be a free kids craft activity table during the adult class.

Join The Movement Loft on The Boardwalk at Granite Park for a soothing sound bath meditation in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.

Relax and unwind to the soothing sounds of crystal sound bowls, chimes and other instruments – an experience designed to release stress and bring you into the present. This guided meditation experience is a unique opportunity to breathe, rest and reconnect simply.

All ages welcome and family-friendly! Bring a blanket, yoga mat, pillow or towel to lay on. Wear comfy, breathable clothes.

There will be raffles and more. After class, check out any of the delicious restaurants on The Boardwalk for dinner.
