This guided meditation experience is a unique opportunity to breathe\, rest and reconnect simply. \nAll ages welcome and family-friendly! Bring a blanket\, yoga mat\, pillow or towel to lay on. Wear comfy\, breathable clothes. \nThere will be raffles and more.
