Flamant is a European live fire cocktail bar and bistro created by the Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized team behind Rye and Apothecary in Dallas. Drawing inspiration from the culinary traditions of Portugal, Spain, France, and Italy, Flamant features bold, seasonal flavors that come to life over an open flame. The menu features dishes such as wood-fired wagyu, octopus, pasta, and crème brûlée cheesecake.

The bar program at Flamant is as innovative as the kitchen, showcasing a selection of forward-thinking cocktails that blend culinary ingredients with classic mixology techniques. Unique components such as pepperoncini brine, squid ink, salted honey, and croissant are used to elevate European cocktail classics.
