Get ready to find joy in movement in a special FREE outdoor barre3 Signature 45 class at The Boardwalk. This barre3 workout combines strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness in an efficient and effective full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and centered. What to Expect:
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check-in and get settled in your spot.
Bring your own exercise mat.
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in and can move in and bring a sweat towel and water bottle.

Join us for a fun, all-level yoga class lasting 50 minutes on Saturday, May 10. We will meet at the pavilion for yoga, where there will be a raffle for swag and exciting surprises!

Please bring your yoga mat, a small towel, and a water bottle. After class, feel free to stay for brunch or an early lunch at one of The Boardwalk restaurants.
