Join The Movement Loft on The Boardwalk at Granite Park for a soothing sound bath meditation in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.

Relax and unwind to the soothing sounds of crystal sound bowls, chimes and other instruments – an experience designed to release stress and bring you into the present. This guided meditation experience is a unique opportunity to breathe, rest and reconnect simply.

All ages welcome and family-friendly! Bring a blanket, yoga mat, pillow or towel to lay on. Wear comfy, breathable clothes.

There will be raffles and more. After class, check out any of the delicious restaurants on The Boardwalk for dinner.
