SUMMARY:Granite Park Building Policy – March 2021
DESCRIPTION:As the COVID-19 situation continues to change\, the health\, safety\, and well-being of our customers has remained our top priority. \nOn March 2\, Governor Greg Abbott issued an Executive Order (GA-34) rescinding the statewide face mask order and reopening restricted businesses effective Wednesday\, March 10. Under this order\, businesses may still implement additional safety protocols at their own discretion. \n  \nGranite Properties continues to follow the CDC recommendations in order to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The CDC currently recommends that people wear masks in public settings and when around people who don’t live in your household\, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. \n  \nIn order to alleviate customer concerns and do our part in diminishing the spread of COVID-19\, we continue to strongly encourage all customers and guests onsite to please wear a mask or face covering over the mouth and nose when in common areas throughout the building\, including restrooms\, or in an outdoor common area when it is not feasible to maintain six feet of distance from others. \nAll Granite employees\, vendors\, and contractors will continue to wear a mask inside the buildings and in outdoor common areas when social distancing is not possible. \nAs a reminder\, we ask each customer to review the resources that have been provided online through the Customer Portal and also posted at https://graniteprop.com/returning-to-granite/. We can all work together to minimize the spread of the virus by following these safety tips: \n\nWear a mask to protect yourself and others and stop the spread of COVID-19\nStay at least 6 feet (about 2 arm lengths) from others who don’t live with you\nAvoid crowds. The more people you are in contact with\, the more likely you are to be exposed to COVID-19\nAvoid close contact with anyone who is sick or appears sick\nWash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds\n\nThe safety and well-being of our customers\, our employees and vendor partners is our highest priority. As always\, our Granite Property Experience (PX) Team has worked hard to prepare our buildings for your return and we are here to help! Please contact our team if you have any questions or if we can assist you in any way. \nYour Granite Property Experience Team\nInspiring people to flourish through the places we create.
