DESCRIPTION:This year’s menu specials: Crispy fried Hatch strips with ancho mayo ($8)\, a Hatch Combo (pick any two $14 or three $16): choice of Hatch rellenos – jack cheese with a blue corn crust\, creamy pulled chicken\, and garlic-basil shrimp – and a Hatch steak taco with queso. For dessert: a Hatch brownie with cajeta\, served with vanilla ice cream and fresh berries ($8). The featured cocktail is the Hatch Paloma with Puro Verde silver tequila\, bourbon whiskey\, Hatch\, grapefruit juice & soda\, lime\, and agave ($12). \nHatch Combos are also available for takeout in Family Packs that serve 2-3 ($30) or full packs that serve 4-6 ($55).
